Dear Malley Family,
It’s hard to believe the year is almost over!
As we wrap up the year, I encourage you to reflect on all of the
growth you have seen your child make. Here at school we have been
working hard to prepare students for their end of the year goals
in all subject areas. We will be assessing students on May
12th and will be culminating the end of the year scores
at the end of May. This will drive our instructional planning
for the upcoming year. We are excited to view the results of the
CSAP assessments that students took in March-they should be released
to us in July. The instructional staff has worked hard to ensure
that students are meeting the learning expectations set forth
by the State and District.
A reminder that the last day of school for students
is June 4th, and we will have Field Days
May 29th (1st &2nd) and May 30th (3rd,
4th and 5th). Please plan to attend our annual Family Fun
Day, Saturday May 31st, sponsored by our PSO. It is a great way
to connect with the school community and celebrate the end of
the school year. Lastly, our Celebration of Learning will be on
Wednesday April 30th at 5:00. Student work will be on display
in classrooms, and we will present a student production of The
Wizard of Oz. It will be a fantastic evening!
I have enjoyed my time here at Malley and look forward
to hearing about the continued growth our students make. I appreciate
all of your support and wish everyone luck in the future. Enjoy
your summer!
Sincerely,

Vanessa Williams
